Coach-to-Coach Mastermind

About the Program

This Mastermind cohort of PCC and MCC coaches will deep-dive into the ICF Core Competencies, with peer coaching and peer feedback. This program is eligible for 7.5 CCEUs.

Rules of Engagement:

1. This program is for Members ONLY. 

2. This cohort allows for up to 6 attendees (first-come, first-serve).

3. This cohort is a platform to fine tune coaching skills by sharing insights.

4. This cohort is focused on participating in coaching activities intended to enhance coaching skills.


About Our Facilitator:


Jennifer Kumar, facilitator, has over 15 years of coaching experience. She received her first coaching certification in 2009. In addition to receiving her PCC certification through ICF in 2020, she has also recently (in 2021) completed a 20 hour Mentor Coach Certification Program through Solutions Academy. She also brings along with her over 15 years of coaching, training, and facilitating for over 4,000 professionals in global startups and MNCs such as Microsoft and EY.
